We have everything on file and can easily access them for you without your code or confirmation email. All you have to do is supply us with your name and dates of travel.

Our cancellation policy can be found under the “About” tab where “cancellation policy” appears. It explains everything in detail.
The only time we charge fees for changes is if it costs us to cancel or rearrange dates or activities. Only in this case would we pass that fee along to our guests.
Most changes can be done free of charge, up until 2 months before your travel date. Then some charges may be incurred depending on reservations and ticketing that may have been purchased already. Go on line under book my adventure, find your reservation using your reservation number and name, cancel booking. Attention: There is a non-refundable 10% deposit made at booking and will not be returned. Please see other cancellation fees under the cancellation tab.
